How to diagnose sleep apnea?

1. Home diagnostics

2. Somnologie laboratory diagnosis

A laboratory apparatus has somnologie complex with which it can monitor all the parameters associated with sleep, such as sleep stages (electro-encephalogram, electro-oculograma electro-miograma) microtrezirea, heart rate (electro-cardiogram), respiration ( flow, thoracic and abdominal effort, snoring), posture, etc..
